5 Police Officers killed in Egypt by gunmen

5 Egyptian police officers  were repotedly killed in an attack on thursday  morning in central Egypt. Two others were also wounded in the attack

According to the country's state news, the attackers riding on a motorcycle opened fire on the police officers killing five officers. 

The gunmen escaped after the deadly incident. 

Police are conducting a search to fish out the attackers in the area about 120 kilometres south of Cairo.
