Updates on Boko Haram's attack in Borno and Adamawa State

Death toll resulting from the Boko Haram attack in Borno and Adamawa states has risen to 136. 

83 deaths were recorded in Kawuri Village, Konduga Local Government Area in Borno while 53 were buried in Chakawa Village Madagali local government area of Adamawa State.

More than 300 houses were burnt in the attack and over 1,000 have been displaced due to the attack. 

Meanwhile, Borno State Governor, Alhaji Kashim Shettima was at kawuri Village to commiserate with the people of the area. The Governor condemned the attack saying the perpetrators are evil people.
