The foreigners were reportedly supervising an on going rail rehabilitation project along the Jos-Kafanchan rail track when they were attacked.
The Chinese nationals were working with a construction firm in Kirim village in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna state. Kirim Village is a border community between Kaduna and Plateau State.
The two injured Chinese workers were taken to a general hospital for immediate medical attention.
The state Commissioner of Police, Mr Olufemi Adenaike while confirming the attack to Channels Television, said the village where the incident occurred falls under Plateau state.
